Delete your account

You can delete your Hexhour account, and everything attached to it, in either of two ways.

In the game

Open Settings and choose Delete Account, then confirm. It happens at once.

By email

If you cannot open the game, email contact@virtualverse.studio with the subject "Delete my Hexhour account" and your player name, or the email address you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days and write back to say so.

What is deleted

Your account, its sign-in tokens, your name, your character and everything it owns, your blocked list, and any email address you signed in with.

What is kept

Store transaction numbers, with the product and date, so a purchase cannot be credited a second time; and reports other players made, no longer linked to any account. Neither identifies you.
