Terms of Use
Hexhour, by Virtual Verse Studio LLC. Last updated 20 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Virtual Verse Studio LLC about playing Hexhour. By playing you accept them. If you got Hexhour from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Play fair, and be decent
Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, or interfere with the servers or other players. In chat and in names: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, or anybody's personal information. Players can report and block each other from the chat panel. We may mute, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
Gems, gold and items
Gems, gold and items are a limited licence to use within the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. Purchases are final except where the law or the store's own refund policy says otherwise. Fighting other players is opt-in, and a player who loses a fight can lose items, as the game describes.
An online game
Hexhour needs an internet connection. We change and update the game, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. If the game ever closes, what is in it closes with it.
Liability
Hexhour is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
